Open the shipping box as soon as you get the order and store the garlic in a cool dry place until time to plant it.
HARVEST TIME
We normally start our garlic harvest in Late June.. We then need a few dry days to let the bulbs cure outside after we dig them. Then its into the drying shed for a month. Then the gang of ladies clean off the roots and tops and make them ready to start shipping. Normally in August.
